OUR SERVICES

 

 

1. Initial Consultation

 

We begin with an Initial Consultation. This is not a contract , it allows us to identify the client needs and the best available immigration options, or to simply provide a professional opinion on a specific question, answers to immigration related questions. This Initial Consultation is provided at a standard rate of $65/hour which will be deducted from the total fee if the client signs a Retainer Agreement. 

 

2. Retainer Agreement

 

If a client decides to hire us after the initial consultation,  the client will be required to sign a Retainer Agreement that will form the contract between us for Immigration Consultation Services. This agreement is detailed to clarify our relationship and avoid any misunderstanding and must be read carefully before signing.

 

 

3. Our Billing  Method

 

C​osmopolitan Immigration Services (CIS) is a Canadian registered and licensed immigration consultancy that is authorized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to handle all aspects of immigration related services; services such as assisting individuals in obtaining visas and gaining Canadian citizenship, advocate for the rights of immigrants, etc.

To begin the process, we require an initial standard payment of $200.00 to open an account. This payment will be deducted from the total fee. 

Once we receive the initial payment, we will immediately begin to work on your file. Then, you will be billed at a flat rate of $175.00 per hour as per the Retainer Agreement details.

On top of our professional immigration fees, you will be responsible for additional fees for disbursements such as medical reports, process server’s fee, photocopying, and courier charges.

All fees are to be paid in Canadian dollars by electronic email transfers ,credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) or debit and do not include the 5% GST.

 


The Canadian government collects processing fees for all immigration applications. These fees will be in addition to the fees that we charge to assist you with your application.
